摘　　要：参考相关文献资料,结合关节病诊疗临床经验,针对围手术期安全管理薄弱环节,制定髋膝关节置换病人围手术期安全管理标准化操作流程。包括术前检查流程,规范的手术情况告知,避免手术部位错误,植入性器材的临床使用,感染控制,术后康复治疗流程,术后诊疗及出院复查流程,合理安全用药等。Ased on relative studies, combined with the clinical experience on arthritis therapy, focused on the weaknesses of perioperative safety management, the standard operating procedure on perioperative safety management of hip and knee replace- ment patients was initially developed. It included the preoperative examination procedure, the standard surgical informed, to a- void surgical site errors, the clinical use of implantable devices, infection control, postoperative rehabilitation process, postopera- tive treatment and follow -up procedure, reasonable safety medication.
