舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法选取我院2010—2011年收治的47例变应性鼻炎患者,均采取舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗,比较治疗前后的效果。结果本组47例变应性鼻炎患者经舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗后,临床症状及体征平均评分较治疗前有显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗变应性鼻炎能够显著缓解患者的临床症状及体征,改善患者的生活质量,且安全性高,患者痛苦小,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sublingual with dermatophagoides farinae drop in allergic rhinitis.Methods A retrospective analysis about clinical data of 47 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from 2010 to 2011 year was operated.All the patients taken dermatophagoides farinae drops sublingually,and clinical effects before and after treatment were compared.Results After treating the clinical symptoms and signs mean score of 47 cases were significantly lower than before,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Taking sublingual with dermatophagoides farinae drop treatment to patients with allergic rhinitis allergic rhinitis can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and signs,and improve the quality of life with higher safety and less pain.It appeats worthy of further clinical evaluation.
