摘　　要：对重症患者进行分级管理,并合理安排救治和监护的人力、物力,可有效防范风险事件发生,提高ICU患者安全管理水平。依据美国危重病学会成人危重症分级标准和各种危重病评分系统,结合我国医院ICU特点,分析了ICU重症患者分级管理原则和标准,指出了我国重症患者分级管理面临的问题,并提出了建议。Hierarchical management of critically ill patients, reasonable arrangements for treatment and guardianship of manpower, material resources, can effectively prevent risk events and improve the level of safety management of ICU patients. Based on grading standards of adult critical care of critical diseases society of American and a variety of critical illness scoring sys- tem, combined with our hospital ]CU characteristics, the paper discussed principles and standards of hierarchical management of critically ill patients in ICU, summed up the problems faced, and made relevant recommendations.
