摘　　要：以2011年临床路径实施情况为例,介绍了以政府为主导的临床路径管理区域性整体推进情况,强调了基本版临床路径理念,并说明了10个基本版临床路径的统一实施情况。分析了政府主导的临床路径区域性整体推进可能存在的问题,为临床路径推广提供依据。Taking clinical pathway implementation in 2011 as example, the paper introduced the regional entire propel of clinical pathway supervision by government- led, emphasized the basic concept of clinical pathways, and discussed the develop- ment of 10 basic versions of clinical paths. Problems existed were analyzed, which provide reference for the promotion of clinical pathway.
