摘　　要：对医德档案定性记录与分析的弊端进行了阐述,指出简单的定性记录难以反映个体医德境界的全貌。通过对涉及医德评价的每一项行为和内容作出细致的定量分析,得出定量评估的初步指标体系。在实证研究中对医院2011年全员医德档案进行量化评估,从而使医德档案真正起到规范、约束、引领和推动作用。The paper discussed the limitations of the qualitative records and analysis of medical ethics archive, and pointed out that a simple qualitative record cannot reflect the whole picture of individual ethics realm. Through a detailed quantitative a- nalysis of items involving behavior and content of ethics evaluation, a preliminary index system for medical ethics archive quantita- tive assessment was obtained. In demonstration practice, quantitative assessment of the hospital staff in 2011 was performed, which made ethics archive truly play a role of regulatory, constraints, lead and promotion.
