摘　　要：变护理文书单一终末质控为环节加终末、网上加现场、全程加重点的三维质控,从落实重点监控、强化现场环节质量监控、加强终末质量监控、实现网络质量监控、加强科级自控、落实人员培训、落实公示与奖励等7方面,总结了护理文书三维质控的主要做法。Transform from single terminal quality control of nursing documents to three - dimensional quality control： terminal plus links, online plus spots, and whole course plus key points, the paper summarized the main approach of the three- di- mensional quality control measures on nursing documents from 7 aspects： implementation of the priority of quality control, sarengthening the site links quality control, to adhere terminal quality control, enforcing network quality control, strengthening the section -level self- control, implementation of staff training, and implementation of publicity and incentives.
