摘　　要：运用现代管理科学,提高护理管理水平是护理管理者的重要任务。护士长应从以下几方面提高自身的管理能力:加强学习,提高修养,学会管理;树立形象,以身作则,敢于管理;以人为本,知人善用,善于管理等。Use of modern management science to improve nursing management levels is an important task of the nurse man- agers. The head nurse should be efforts to： enhance learning, improve training, and learn to manage; establish the image to set a good example and dare to manage; use people - oriented aim, know how to judge and use people, and be good at management.
