甘特图在疾病预防控制项目中的应用

摘　　要：目的加强疾病预防控制管理,提高过程管理和进度控制水平,确保预期目标。方法分别采用传统表格式和甘特图方法对疾病控制项目的计划和过程进行记录,比较两者的差别。结果对项目进度进行管理,甘特图不仅能够反映每个时间段的工作计划,也能反映项目执行的实际进度。这利于项目执行人及时调整,也利于项目监管人员对项目实施有效监管。结论使用甘特图有利于对项目过程管理,较传统方法更简洁、直观,值得推广。Objective To further strengthen the management of the disease control, to improve the level of process manage- ment and schedule control to ensure the intended target. Method The traditional table format and Gantt chart was used to record plan and process of disease prevention and control project, and to compare the difference and practicality. Result During the management of the project schedule, Gantt chart can reflect not only the job content and schedule of the plan in each time period, but also the actual progress of the project implementation. This makes project executor easy to adjust timely the status of his work, and to carry out effective supervision of the implementation of various stages of the project by supervisory staff. Conclusion The use of Gantt chart can make better management on the course of the project implementation, which is simple and intuitive than the traditional method, and worthy of promotion.
