摘　　要：通过分析某地三所军队大型综合医院2008年～2011年的经济收入及收治病种数据,探讨"新医改"政策对军队大型综合医院的影响,指出军队医院要调整学科发展方向,加强与地方行政卫生部门沟通,积极争取地方政府经费支持及做好顶层经费规划等。Through the analysis of economic and data on categories of treated diseases in three large-scale integated military hospitals from 21358 to 2011, the paper investigated the i^t of implerrentation of the new health care reform policy in large -scale integated military hospi-tals, and pointed out that the nditary hospitals need adjust the technology developonent direction of discipline, strengthen conmmication with the dis- trict health administration, actively seek the financial support of the local government and make good top-level financial planning.
