芍倍注射液治疗二、三期内痔180例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察芍倍注射液治疗二、三期内痔的临床疗效。方法将二、三期内痔患者160例随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例。治疗组应用芍倍注射液治疗,对照组应用消痔灵注射液治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效,并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗后痊愈率为70.0%高于对照组的51.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论芍倍注射液是局部硬结及治疗二、三期内痔安全、有效,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shaobei injection in the treatment of two,three internal hemorrhoids.Methods 160 cases patients with two,three internal hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 80 cases.Treatment group were treated by Shaobei injection,control group were treated by Xiaozhiling injection.After treatment,compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups.Results The cure rate of treatment group（70.0%）was higher than that of control group（51.2%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of local sclerosis and the total incidence rate of adverse reaction of treatment group were lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Shaobei injection in the treatment of two,three internal hemorrhoids is safe and effective.
