改良阴式子宫切除术治疗子宫病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察改良阴式子宫切除术治疗子宫病变的临床疗效。方法将100例子宫病变患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用改良阴式子宫切除术治疗,对照组采用传统子宫切除术治疗。术后比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率为90%高于对照组的74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良阴式子宫切除术治疗子宫病变疾病,效果较为显著,可提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of improved vaginal hysterectomy in uterine lesions.Methods 100 cases patients with uterine lesions were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 50 cases.Observation group were treated with improved vaginal hysterectomy,control group were treated with traditional hysterectomy.Compared the clinical effect of two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group（90%） was higher than that of control group（74%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of improved vaginal hysterectomy in uterine lesions is definite,it can improve patients′ life quality,and worthy of clinical application.
