摘　　要：随着我国烟草商业物流的发展",非烟"物流已经逐渐成为烟草商业企业增值盈利的重要手段。文章基于3PL理念下,利用现有资源实现业务流程重组,扩大利润来源,发展"非烟"物流,实现从单纯的企业配送部门向第三方物流企业的转型。With the development of China＇s tobacco commercial logistics, ＂non-tobacco＂ logistics has become an important means of tobacco commercial enterprise to added value earnings. Article based on the idea of 3PL, use of the existing resources to achieve the business process reengineering, expand the profit source and development of ＂non-tobacco＂ logistics, realize the transition to the third party logistics enterprise form the pure enterprise distribution department.
