摘　　要：随着高等教育体制改革的深入发展,高校间竞争日益加剧,校友作为高校重要的社会资源,愈加受到高校的重视。文章尝试从对在校生中开展校友文化建设来探索校友工作的挖深挖潜,以期对校友工作有所裨益。With the in-depth development of the higher education reform, competition among universities is increasing, and as the important social resources of universities, colleges pay more and more attention to alumni. This article attempts to tap the potential of alumni work by exploring the alumni cultural construction based on students at school, hoping to benefit to alumni work.
