摘　　要：参与国家大飞机重大专项、促进陕西航空工业发展,是陕西科技政策的重要立足点之一。在推进由航空大省向航空强省的转型进程中,陕西的相应科技激励政策逐步得以建立和完善;而这些建立和完善的科技激励政策,不仅表现在对航空科技人员的激励,还表现在航空科技成果转化的激励措施,以及为推动航空工业技术发展而规定的税收激励政策。Involving in National Aircraft Major Project and promoting the development of the aviation industry is one of the footholds of Shaaaxi science and technology policy. In the process of transformation from big aviation province to the strong aviation province, the corresponding science and technology incentives should be gradually established and perfected, which not only reflects in the incentives for aviation science and technology personnel, and reflects in the incentives for the transformation of aviation scientific and technological achievements, also in the tax incentives required to promote the development of the aviation industry technology.
