摘　　要：隧道施工中洞口施工是隧道施工中最关键、最基础的一步,洞口处浅埋且为软弱围岩时,洞口是否能顺利完成关系到整个隧道施工的进度,文章详细阐述了分水关隧道洞口施工时遇到的问题及采取的措施,为同类隧道洞口施工积累了新的技术资料。Portal construction is the most critical and basic step in the tunnel construction, the the successful completion of portal is related to the progress of the entire tunnel construction when the shallow and weak surrounding rock at portal. The article elaborated problems encountered during the Fenshuiguan tunnel portal construction, and proposed the measures, which accumulated new technical information for the similar tunnel portal construction.
