摘　　要：国有投资机构在我国投资机构中占主导地位,分析国有投资机构投资项目调研机制具有重要意义。本文从投资项目调研的作用、要点和谨慎对待项目分析等方面着手,对投资项目调研机制进行了研究。In China, the state-owned companies keep the dominant position of the investment institutions, so analyzing the project survey system of the state-owned company has great realistic significance. It discusses the effect, key point and the precaution of project survey, then researches the project survey system in state-owned company in detail.
