摘　　要：文章针对土地管理信息化和电子政务网络建设过程中出现的"信息孤岛"问题,设计并实现了基于电子政务网络集成的土地管理信息系统。在对土地管理现状和电子政务网络集成进行分析的基础上,设计了系统的功能结构、数据库结构及代码规则,并运用系统集成方法、采用Jsp技术、Java Servlet技术及Oracle数据库技术,实现了土地管理信息系统。最终以西安高新区国土资源和房屋管理局土地管理信息系统的开发为例,阐述了系统应用,验证了该系统的有效性。Aiming at the informatization of land management and the problem of ＂information island＂ in the process of E-government network construction, this paper designs and implements land management information system based on E-government network integration. By analysis of the present status of land management and E-government network integration,this paper designs functional structure, database structure and code rules,then implements ttle land information system by making use of system integration method,Jsp,Java Servlet and Oracle technique. Eventually,using the development of Land Resources and Housing Authority of Xi＇an High- tech Zone Land Management Information System as an example, describes the system application and its effectiveness.
