摘　　要：通过对研究生创新能力现状的分析,剖析出研究生由于生源素质不均衡、高校内部培养机制缺乏创造性和过于量化的评价机制等原因导致研究生创新能力不足,因此从改善研究生课程体系、创建学术交流平台、开设创新实践实习和改进研究生评价体系等方面进行探索,提出一些合理化的改进建议。Based on analyzing the current situation of graduate student＇s innovation ability, this paper analyzes the causes of leading to low innovation ability of postgraduates, such as unbalanced student quality, internal cultivation mechanism lacks of creativity, and over quantitative evaluation mechanism, and puts forward improvement suggestions, such as improving graduate students＂ curriculum system, building academic communication platform, setting up innovation practice, and improving the graduate student evaluation system and so on.
