艾地苯醌对癫痫患者认知功能和生活质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾地苯醌对癫痫患者认知功能和生活质量的影响。方法:选择60例接受丙戊酸钠治疗的癫痫患者,随机分为研究组与治疗组。治疗组以单药丙戊酸钠口服;研究组加服艾地苯醌30mg,每日3次,共用12周。在应用艾地苯醌前后分别采用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)和癫痫患者生活质量量表-31(QOLIE-31)对60例癫痫患者和30名正常对照者进行评定。结果:治疗前研究组和治疗组MMSE评分、WCST各项评分及QOLIE-31评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后MMSE评分、WCST评分中正确次数、持续错误数、随机错误数与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量方面,研究组治疗后癫痫患者生活质量(QOL)总分、生活满意度、精力及认知评分方面较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);而治疗组治疗后MMSE评分、WCST各项评分及QOLIE-31评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:艾地苯醌能有效改善癫痫患者认知功能,提高患者生活质量。OBJECTIVE： To observe the effects of idebenone on the cognitive function and the quality of life in epilepsy pa- tients. METHODS： 60 epilepsy patients receiving sodium valproate treatment were enrolled and randomly divided into research group and treatment group. In treatment group, only sodium valproate was used, while research group used idebenone （30 mg, p. o.） 3 times a day besides the routine treatment for 12 weeks. 60 epilepsy patients and 30 normal control persons were evaluated by using MMSE, WCST and QOLIE-31 before and after the treatment. RESULTS： Before treatment, the scores of MMSE, WCST and QOLIE-31 in research group and treatment group were significantly lower than in control group （P〈0.05） ; after treatment, there were significant difference in the scores of MMSE and WCST, such as the number of right reaction, continuous wrong reac- tion and random errors in research group, compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）. For the quality of life, significant improve- ments were recorded in the fields of the overall quality of life, the satisfaction of life, energy and cognitive score （P〈0.05） ; after treatment, the scores of MMSE, WCST and QOLIE-31 in treatment group had no significant differences, compared with before treatment （P;〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： The treatment of idebenone can effectively improve the cognitive function and the quality of life in eoileDsv oatients.
