摘　　要：关于大学章程的讨论已然成了学界的一个热门话题。本文通过对大学章程的概念、特许状的历史和达特茅斯学院案的梳理提出了"复合型大学章程"的概念。"复合型大学章程"是指由若干来源于不同机构具有不同效力且不同性质的文件汇编而成的大学章程。复合型大学章程能够切实保障大学章程的目的得以实现。University charter has been a hot topic in recent years. This article puts forward the concept of ＂composite university charter＂ through reviewing the basic concept of university charter, the history of charters and Dartmouth College case. The composite university charter, which includes various documents with different legal effect and different nature, may help to realize the purpose of university charter.
