摘　　要：医院等级评审是促进医院规范化管理、提升医院内涵质量、加快医院发展的一个有效措施,它对医学工程学科的发展所产生的促进作用也是明显的。本文从医学工程科的现状出发,结合综合医院等级评审标准,阐述了医学工程科只有坚持以服务临床为核心,以人才建设为根本,以创新工作思路、拓展工作层面为突破口,不断转变工作职能,才能满足质量管理和质量保障的新要求,推动医学工程科向多元化方向发展。Hospital accreditation is an effective measure to promote standardized management, enhance hospital quality, accelerate hospital development, and promote the development of medical engineering subject. Combining with the standards of hospital accreditation, based on the actuality of medical engineering subject, this paper demonstrates that only by taking clinical medical service as the center, personnel training as the basis, innovating job thoughts and expanding working levels as the breakthrough; shifting working function and focus constantly, can it meet the requirements of quality management and assurance, and promote diversified development of medical engineering subject.
