中药抵当汤对小鼠结肠癌脾移植肝转移模型肿瘤增殖细胞核抗原的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中医经典活血化瘀方剂抵当汤对小鼠结肠癌脾移植肝转移模型增殖活性的抑制作用。方法复制小鼠结肠癌脾移植肝转移模型,测定瘤重、肝重和抑瘤率,取瘤组织用免疫组化法检测肿瘤增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)。结果动物接种瘤细胞后均发生了不同程度的肿瘤转移情况,其中以病理对照组转移最为严重,与抵当汤组比较差异显著(P<0.01);正常对照组组PCNA表达阴性,病理对照组的PCNA阳性率以三级最多,而抵当汤组的PCNA阳性率主要在一级。抵当汤组的三级阳性率较病理对照组明显为低(P<0.01)。结论抵当汤对小鼠结肠癌脾移植肝转移模型增殖活性有明显抑制作用。Objective To investigate the inhibitive effect of didangtang, recipe of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating, on proliferation of liver metastases of colorectal carcinoma. Methods Rat models of liver metastases of colorectal carcinoma were established, and the tumor weight, liver weight, rate of tumor inhibition and positive rate of PCNA were determined. Results Tumor metastasis was observed to different extent among all groups animals inoculated with tumor ceils. And the tumor metastasis in the group of model was significant different compared with that of didangtang group （P 〈0. 01 ）. The positive rate of expression of PCNA in the normal control group was 0. It was highest in grade three in model group but lowest in didangtang group （P 〈 0 01）. Conclusions Didangtang can inhibit the proliferative activity of liver metastases of colorectal carcinoma.
