摘 要:简述了铜铝连接的工业应用要求,研究了Zn-98Al药芯铝焊丝脆性变化前后的润湿性能、力学性能、显微组织和N,H,O含量的变化,并对钎料脆性断裂的原因进行了探讨。结果表明,脆性变化后的药芯焊丝润湿性能变差甚至不能正常钎焊,勉强使用时获得的钎缝发黑,强度很低;提出了晶粒长大、晶间腐蚀、应力腐蚀为锌铝钎料脆性断裂的原因。The requirements of joining Al - Cu in industrialized application were briefly illustrated.The changes in wettability,mechanical properties,microstructures and the content of N,H and 0 in Zn - Al flux - cored wire before and after embrittlement were analyzed.And the possible causes of the embrittlement were discussed.The results showed that the wettability of Zn - Al flux - cored wire after embrittlement is extremely poor,which can be hardly used in brazing process.The tensile strength of joints with the brittle Zn - Al flux - cored filler metal is quite low.The grain growth,intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion were considered to be the key reason for embrittlement of Zn - Al flux - cored filler metal.
