摘 要:随着国内工业化水平的不断提高,钎焊技术以前所未有的速度发展起来,钎料品种日益增多,钎焊的应用范围日益增大,钎料的消耗量日益增大,传统的钎焊材料生产能耗高、效率较低。介绍了一种高效节能的箔带状钎料生产方法,重点介绍了此方法的基本原理及相关工艺参数对生产过程的影响。As the level of industrialization has undergone constant improvement,brazing technology is being developed at an unprecedented speed,and the types of brazing filler metal are new and various,the application of brazing is wider and wider,the consumption of brazing filler metal is increasing.But the traditional production of brazing filler metals has high energy - consumption and low - efficiency.A high efficiency and energy - saving method to produce the foil ribbon brazing material was proposed in this paper,especially the basic principle of this method and the influence of process parameters on the production process were introduced.
