摘 要:研究了一种单宁酸与凹凸棒土结合鞣法,着重探讨了二者的协同鞣制作用及凹凸棒土的适宜用量。DSC测试结果说明,凹凸棒土的加入可以明显提高单宁酸鞣制的皮粉胶原的热稳定性。进一步的鞣革试验表明,单独的凹凸棒土鞣革,对提高收缩温度几乎没有贡献,而在单宁酸-凹凸棒土结合鞣中,所得坯革的收缩温度随着凹凸棒土用量的增加而升高,显示出单宁酸-凹凸棒土之间的协同鞣制作用。此外,凹凸棒土的引入可以提高坯革的物理机械性能,但过量的凹凸棒土会降低坯革的抗张强度。对二者结合鞣后浴液中单宁酸的残留量及坯革的增重检测结果表明,适宜的凹凸棒土用量可以促进单宁酸的吸收利用,过量了反而不利。A novel combination tanning based on tannic acid and attapulgite (AT) nanoclay was conducted in the present study. DSC analysis shows that the introduction of the nanoclay can effectively improve the thermal stability of hide powder com- pared with the solo tannic acid tanning. The shrinkage temperature (Ts) of the crust treated by solo AT almost do not increase, however, the tannic acid - AT combination tanning increases the Ts with increasing AT, indicating the synergistic effect of tannic acid and AT. Also, AT can improve the physical and mechanical properties of the crust while excessive nanoclay can reduce its tensile strength. By determination of the residual tannic acid in the -tanned liquors and the weight percent gains of the crusts, we know proper amounts of AT nanoclay can accelerate the adsorption of tannic acid by the goatskin due to the synergistic effect. Whereas excessive nanoclay is unfavorable for the combination tanning.
