摘  要:采取液相分离法制备聚氨酯微孔膜,在制备微孔膜的过程中添加改性磷系阻燃剂以提高聚氨酯的阻燃性能,试验阻燃剂的添加对聚氨酯的阻燃性能有大幅提高,在磷系阻燃剂添加量为纯PU的8%,时聚氨酯微孔膜的阻燃性能最佳,而微孔膜的其他性能也未有明显影响。由于阻燃性能良好,此类聚氨酯可广泛地应用于墙纸、地板革、装饰革及服装革等领域。Polyurethane microporous membrane was prepared by the method of liquid separation. In the process of preparing microporous membrane, the modified phosphorus flame retardant was added to improve the flame retardant property of polyure- thane. The result shows that the flame retardant property of polyurethane is significant improved by adding flame retardant. The optimum of the flame retardant property of the polyurethane microporous membrane is obtained when the quantity for 8% polyure- thane microoporous membrane of pure PU is added. And there was no obvious effect on the other performance of the polyurethane microporous membrane. So this polyurethane can be widely used in wall paper, floor synthetic leather, decoration leather and SO on.
