摘  要:目的:研究用He-Ne弱激光不同照射方式,对兔红细胞变形指数的影响。方法:选成年大耳白兔21只,随机分成内照射组、外照射组和对照组,每组各7只。照射组采用国产He-Ne激光器,分别作兔耳外周静脉血管外照射和内照射,照射频率1次/24h,照射时间50min/次。照射前、照射一次后、照射7次后,各取静脉血检测全血黏度和红细胞变形指数。对照组正常对照饲养。检测在体血管对He-Ne激光的透过率。结果:内照射组和外照射红细胞变形指数均提高显著(P<0.05);活体血管组织对He-Ne激光的透过率为83.5%。结论:He-Ne激光血管外照射与内照射均能有效提高红细胞变形能力,改善微循环。Objective: To study the changes of erythrocyte deformability after irradiated the intravascular and extravascular by He-Ne laser. Methods: 21 dult albino rabbits have been randomly divided into three groups. Each group was 7. In irradiation groups, the He-Ne Laser has been used to irradiate the ear's intravascular and extravascular of rabbits. Every 24 hours, the irra- diation was conducted one time and each time, the irradiation was hold for 50min. The venous blood have been collected at the times of before irradiation, irradiated after first time and seventh time. The index of blood RBC deformation have been detect- ed. The control group was treated at a normal raising condition. Results: In irradiation group, the index of RBC deformation increase significantly (P〈0.05); In vivo, the permeance rate of He-Ne Laser in vein is 83.5%. Conclusions: After calculating equivalent power, the intravascular irradiation can been instead of extravascular irradiation, increase the erythrocyte deforma- bility, improve the hemokinesis and minicirculation.
