长春市用地蔓延发展态势与调控路径研究

摘　　要：经济核心区中心城市作为经济增长和人口城镇化的主要空间载体,呈现出明显的用地蔓延、人地矛盾突出等问题。据此,选取长吉一体化经济核心区的中心城市——长春市为代表,进行区域层面的用地蔓延效应、蔓延态势及其蔓延调控路径的研究,以期实现我国城市蔓延研究的区域化,并为长春市的协调可持续发展提供参考依据。结果表明:长春市用地蔓延中产生了一系列负面效应、且蔓延态势将加剧,据此,从区际分工、职能转变、结构调整、制度创新等层面提出调控对策。The central cities of Economic Core Region are the main space for nation and region economic growth and urbanization development; at the same time, they are also the most critical areas of urban sprawl. Therefore, this article selects Chang-Ji Integration Economic Core Region＇s central city ---- Changchun, as an example, to do the research on the urban sprawl effects, trend and regulating path, hoping that it can make the urban sprawl research regionalized and give some reasonable references for Chunchun＇s sustain development. The result shows that： Changchun urban sprawl produces a series of negative effect, and the sprawl trend will be increased, and finally, this article, from the aspects of regional division of labor, function transformation, structure adjustment and system innovation, provides some countermeasures to regulate the urban sprawl, from the aspects of regional division of labor, function transformation, structure adjustment and system innovation.
