摘　　要：城市CBD地下空间具有功能高度复合、开发规模大、连通性强、低碳化模式的发展特征。针对城市CBD地下空间规划和研究中存在的问题,结合我国CBD地下空间的发展特征,进行了基于控规层面的城市CBD地下空间开发的控制方法、控制要素与控制指标的研究,构建了地下空间控规指标体系的基本框架,并在虹桥商务核心区一期控制性详细规划中进行了应用,从而为虹桥核心区地下空间二期开发建设以及我国其他大中城市CBD地下空间的规划建设积累了一定的经验。Underground space in urban CBD areas is characterized by functional integration, large development scale, connectivity and low-carbon emission. The pa- per examines the problems in the planning of underground space, the methods of development control, and factors and indices of control under the existing regulato- ry planning framework. The paper applies the proposed control indices to the Phase I development of Hongqiao CBD. It is hoped that such application will pro- vide references for the Phase II development as well as development of under- ground CBD space in other big and medium-sized cities.
