下咽及食管上段巨大异物1例

摘　　要：患者，男，58岁，因误吞假牙20h,吸气性呼吸困难10h于2011年9月6日以“下咽异物”急诊收入我院。患者5年前患脑梗死后出现四肢无力、饮水呛咳。Summary A case of large artificial teeth in hypopharynx and upper esophagus was reported. Physical signs of laryngeal obstruction were detected. （＇T showed foreign body in right pyriform sinus. Acute tracheolomy was performed before removal of the large foreign body with the help of esophagoscope and mouth gag.
