摘　　要：选取财政科技投入绩效体系的10个评价指标作为变量,基于2000至2009年的省级面板数据,对每一个时间截面进行主成分分析,得到每个时间截面的评价系数向量和各地区财政科技投入绩效评价得分情况,进一步用矩阵形式构建财政科技投入的绩效评价模型。研究表明,财政科技投入评价系数具有长期的稳定关系,各地区财政科技投入绩效水平逐年提高。Based on provincial panel data from 2000 to 2009,this paper selects ten indicators from the system of performance evaluation of financial technical investment and makes the principal component analysis. It has got the evaluation coefficient vector for each time section and scores of performance evaluation for each area. It also construct a performance evaluation model of financial technical investment in matrix form. It shows that there is long-term stability to the evaluation coefficient vector and the performance level of financial technical investment increases year by year for eacharea
