西部大开发战略下的西部农村金融生态优化

摘　　要：金融是一个国家现代经济的核心,在西部大开发战略下,要使我国西部农村经济发展取得突破,就必须从农村的金融着手。但是,我国西部农村现有的金融生态并不适应农村经济发展,存在金融与经济发展相互制约、双双落后的局面。研究分析我国西部农村金融生态的现状,结合我国西部大开发的政策,探索西部农村金融生态优化的具体路径,对我国西部农村经济的发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。Finance is the core of country＇s modem economy. Under the current situation of Development of the West regions, we should embark on finance of rural to make a breakthrough of western rural economy＇s development. But the current rural financial ecology doesn＇t fit for the developing of rural economy. The rural finance and economy always have a restriction with each other, which leads to a economic fall behind. So it has very important practical and theoretical meaning for rural economy＇s development to analyze the present situation and explore the path of rural financial ecology optimization under the policies of Development of the West regions.
