我国国有垄断行业的内部效率增长与外部效率损失——基于5个工业细分行业的分析

摘　　要：我国国有垄断行业的内部效率增长以垄断的外部效率损失为代价吗?现有文献并没有对此进行过深入研究。以石油与天然气开采业、烟草加工业、石油加工及炼焦业、黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业、电力蒸汽热水生产供应业等5个国有垄断工业行业为样本,实证结果表明,伴随着近年来5个国有垄断行业内部效率的持续增长,外部效率损失并没有明显上升;外部效率损失对内部效率增长的效应不具有显著性。我国国有垄断行业的内部效率增长建立在外部效率损失基础之上的论断缺少理论依据。Does the internal efficiency of China＇s state-owned monopolized industries grow at the expense of the loss of their external efficiency？ To solve this issue,five industries including tobacco processing and oil and natural gas tapping are selected as samples in this paper.The results show that there is no significantly greater loss of external efficiency for those five state-owned monopolies in relation to sustained growth of their internal efficiency in recent years.There is no conclusive evidence to prove that the growth of internal efficiency of China＇s state-owned monopolized industries leads to the loss of their external efficiency.
