结肠宁加痔清消治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察结肠宁加痔清消治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎患者按病情分层后再随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组运用痔清消袋泡剂灌肠治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加结肠宁药膏治疗,两组均治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.00%,对照组为87.50%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结肠宁加强了痔清消的解毒消肿、化瘀止痛的疗效,并在促进黏膜修复和溃疡愈合方面具有积极的作用,提高了痔清消的疗效。Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Jiechangning plus Zhiqingxiao in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold.Methods： Eighty cases of ulcerative colitis with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold were stratified according to their conditions and randomised into treatment group（n = 40） and control group（n = 40）.The control group received enteroclysis with bagged Zhiqingxiao,while the treatment group was given Jiechangning ointment in addition to the therapy for the control group.Both groups underwent therapy for one course of treatment,and then the therapeutic efficacy was observed.Results： The total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group,compared with 87.50% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Jiechangning enhances the detoxicating,detumescence,blood stasis-removing,and pain-relieving effects of Zhiqingxiao and plays an important role in promoting mucosal repair and ulcer healing,therefore leading to improved therapeutic efficacy of Zhiqingxiao.
