摘　　要：绿色厂区建设开发过程基于全寿命周期的思想依次形成方案决策、规划设计、施工建造、运营管理、拆除回收等任务活动,这些任务活动涉及不同的利益相关主体,具有不同的活动特征和内容;这些任务活动相互衔接在外部环境约束系统的调节下基于内部和外部支持系统从而形成绿色厂区项目集成型价值链系统。Based on the life cycle thought the construction and development procedure of green factory area turns into the stages of making decisions, planning, constructing, functioning, remove and recycling, etc. These tasks deal with different stakeholders with various traits and contents. Based on internal and external supporting system these tasks connect among them to come into the integrating value chain system of green factory area project with the moderating of outside environmental constraining system.
