摘　　要：目的探讨以家庭为中心的产科服务模式对接受辅助生殖技术产妇的影响。方法选择2009年6月至2010年6月接受辅助生殖技术妊娠并足月分娩的产妇230例作为研究对象,对照组给予传统的产科护理模式,实验组实施以家庭为中心的产科服务模式,包括更新护理理念、优化病房环境、落实护理措施、实施针对性健康教育等。结果实验组产妇泌乳情况、母乳喂养技能掌握和护理服务满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的产科服务模式满足辅助生殖技术母婴及其家庭的切身需求,提高了产科护理质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of Family - Centered Maternity Care （FCMC） model on the puerpera receiving Assisted Reproductive Technology （ART）. Methods A total of 230 pulerpera receiving ART from June 2009 to June 2010 in the center were recruited. The control group was received the tradi- tional model of obstetric care. The experimental group was received FCMC model, including updating nursing phylosophy, optimizing ward surroundings, implementing nursing procedures and focus health education. Results The breast milk sevretion, the skills of breastfeeding and the satisfaction of nursing service in experimental group were superior to control group （ P 〈0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion FCMC model can meet the realistic needs of mothers,infants and their families, and significantly improve the quality of obstetric nursing. It is worth popularizing.
