六西格玛管理法在日间化疗病房护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨六西格玛管理模式对日间化疗病房进行管理的效果。方法组建六西格玛项目管理团队并进行培训,分析影响质量管理的因素,优化住院流程、输液流程,对护理人力资源进行调整,加强输液安全保障措施。结果患者输液等待时间缩短,化疗药物外渗发生率降低,护士工作满意度、患者满意度提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应用六西格玛管理模式能优化输液流程和住院流程,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effects of the Six Sigma Management applied in nursing management of daily chemotherapy ward. Methods A Six Sigma project team was set up and trained ,the influencing factors of quality management were analyzed ,hospitalization process and intravenous infusion procedure were optimized, nursing human resources were adjusted and the infusion security measures were strengthened. Results The intravenous infusion waiting time was shortened and the chemotherapy extravasation incidence decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The nurses job satisfaction and patients satisfaction increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The application of the Six Sigma Management can optimize intravenous infusion procedure, hospitalization process and improve the patients satisfaction.
