采用护理管理账户实施量化管理的做法

摘　　要：目的探讨护理管理账户的设计与应用效果。方法制订护理账户内容与分值标准、建立账户册,使用护理管理账户,并与传统护理管理方法比较。结果实施护理管理账户管理后,病区管理、特级护理、一级护理、护理操作合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理管理账户是实行量化护理管理的有效工具,能有效提高护理质量。Objective To explore the design and application of nursing management account in quantitative management. Methods The methods included formulation the content and value standard of nursing account,establishing the account books and using the nursing managment account. The nursing quality was assessed and compared with the traditional management method. Results After the implementation of the nursing management account, the qualified rates of ward management,intensive care, first level nursing, nursing skill examination and the degree of patients satisfaction increased （P 〈0.01 orP 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing management account is an useful tool in nursing quantitative management,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing.
