摘　　要：目的:分析正常高值血压者血清中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)水平,探讨其临床意义。方法:选择正常高值血压者386例、正常血压者596例,用酶联免疫法分别测定全部受试者血清中TGF-β1和BMP-7水平,同时检测体重指数、尿酸、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯。结果:正常高值血压组患者血清TGF-β1水平高于正常血压组(P<0.05);BMP-7水平低于正常血压组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析表明正常高值血压患者血清TGF-β1和BMP-7水平与血压、脉压、平均动脉压无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析表明血糖、血脂、收缩压是TGF-β1和BMP-7的重要影响因素。结论:正常高值血压者TGF-β1水平升高,BMP-7水平降低;TGF-β1和BMP-7可能独立于血压水平参与靶器官损害的病理生理过程。Objective： To explore the serum transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1） and bone morphogenetic protein-7（BMP-7） level in patients with prehypertension and its clinical significance.Methods： 386 patients with prehypertension and 596 with normal arterial pressure were enrolled.Serum TGF-β1 and BMP-7 level were measured by enzyme-linked immunosobent assay（ELISA）.Body mass index,uric acid,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride were determined.Results： The serum TGF-β1 level in patients with prehypertension was significantly higher than that in the men with normal arteria pressure（P〈0.05）.The serum BMP-7 level in patients with prehypertension was significantly lower than that in the men with normal arterial pressure（P〈0.05）.Related analysis showed that the serum TGF-β1 and BMP-7 level with systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pluse pressure,mean arterial pressure were not significantly correlated（P〈0.05）.Multiple linear regression analysis showed TGF-β1 and BMP-7 were influenced by glucose,lipids,systolic blood pressure.Conclusions：Serum TGF-β1 level is elevated,however serum BMP-7 level is reduced in patients with prehypertension.TGF-β1 and BMP-7 may contribute to the development of target-organ damage,independent of blood pressure.
