摘　　要：研究预防老年住院患者跌倒的现状及重要性，引起老年患者跌倒的相关因素，以及国内外相关跌倒危险评估量表和老年患者防跌倒安全管理模式的改进，从而降低老年住院患者的跌倒发生率、跌倒损伤率及跌倒致伤投诉率，提高患者的生存质量，减轻患者及家属的精神负担，提升护理管理质量，减少医疗纠纷。In this paper, the prevention of hospitalized elderly patients fall was studied. Ttte related tactors anu me im- provement mode of security management were summarized. The improvement mode can decrease the occurrence rates of fall, fall injury and fall injury complaints, improve the quality of life of patients, relieve the mental burden of patients and their family, promote the quality of nursing management, reduce medical dispute.
