摘　　要：本文结合相关文献对护士职业紧张影响因素、职业紧张对健康的影响，尤其是抗氧化酶对机体产生的影响作用进行了综述。已有大量研究表明，职业紧张过度会对机体的生理和心理造成影响。主要分析护士职业紧张对健康的影响，并探讨护士职业紧张缓解策略，从而有效缓解目标人群的职业紧张程度，促进其身心健康。In this paper, the occupational stress influencing factors of nurses, the effect of the occupational stress on the oc- cupation and especially the effect of antioxidant enzymes on the organism were summarized. Many research showed that the occu- pational overstress could have an impact on the the body physically and mentally. The effect of the occupational stress on the health was mainly analyzed and the relief strategies of occupational stress were studied, in order to effectively relieve occupational stress level of the target population, promote the physical and mental health.
