摘　　要：目的调适、维护精索静脉曲张患者的身心健康。方法运用症状自评量表（self—evaluation symptomschecklist-90，SCL-90）对105例VC患者进行心理测评，了解患者所存在的心理问题，引导患者认识负性心理状态对疾病发生、发展和预暗的负性作用；示范对已有不良刺激应如何理性分析解释。结果精索静脉曲张患者入院时的心理健康水平低于国内常规，出院时的心理健康水平与入院时比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论精索静脉曲张患者存在心理健康问题，采取有效的心理健康指导干预，能缓解其心理压力，调适、维护患者的身心健康。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the physical and mental health of the patients with varico- cele. Methods Self - evaluation symptomschecklist - 90 （ SCL - 90） was used to assess the psychological health condition of 105 patients with varicocele, the psychological problems were studied, the patients were guided to recognize the close correlation of negative psychological state and disease occurrence, development and prognosis, existing adverse stimulation should be analyzed and explained. Results Mental health level of the patients with varicocele at admission was lower than that of the general population （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, discharge and admission were compared with mental health level, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05） . Conclusions Patients with varicocele exis- ted mental health problems, taking effective mental health intervention can alleviate their psychological pressure, adjust and maintain the pa- tient＇s physical and mental health.
