家庭健康教育对脑膜炎患儿家长护理知识及患儿预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭健康教育对脑膜炎患儿家长护理知识及患儿预后的影响。方法选取我院2011年1月至2012年1月收治的64例脑膜炎患儿，随机分为观察组和对照组各32例，其中观察组患儿家长给予家庭健康教育，对照组患儿家长给予常规健康教育，通过问卷评分方式调查患儿家长对脑膜炎知识、护理知识的掌握程度和对护理工作满意度，比较两组患儿在出院时以及出院后2年的治愈情况。结果观察组患儿家长在脑膜炎知识、护理知识掌握程度和对护理工作满意度明显优于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患儿的治愈率明显高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01，0．05）。结论家庭健康教育可明显提高脑膜炎患儿家长的护理能力，为患儿的治愈奠定了基础。Objective To explore the effect of family healthy education on parents＇nursing knowledge and the prognosis of children with meningitis. Methods A total of 64 children with meningitis who hospitalized from January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital were se- lected and randomly divided into observation group （n = 32 ） and control group （n = 32） . The parents of the children in observation group were given family healthy education, while routine health education was taken in control group. Questionnaire investigation were conducted a- mong parents from both groups for the grasp of the knowledge on the treatments and nursing care by the parents and the satisfaction rate of the parents to nursing service. The curative effect of the treatment arrd prognosis were compared when the children were discharged from hospital and after two years. Results The rate of cure of the children from the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The parents grasp of the knowledge of treatment and nursing skill as well as the satisfaction rate to nursing service in ob- servation group were much better than those in control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ） . Conclusions Family healthy education to the parents can en- hance their nursing ability and it can provide a basic guarantee to the cure of the children suffering from meningitis.
