摘　　要：用X射线荧光无标样分析方法对盐产品中的氯、钙、镁等元素进行半定量分析,与传统方法对比,该方法操作简单,可同时进行多元素分析,精密度和准确度也很高,适合在盐产品检测中应用。The element like C1, Ca and Mg etc. is determined with semi - quantitative meth- od using X - ray fluorescence standardless analysis method. Compared with traditional method, the method has the advantage of simple operation, multi - element simultaneous analysis, high precision and accuracy. It is suitable to apply on detecting salt product.
