包头市446名农村中学生心理健康状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解中学生心理卫生状况,为开展健康教育提供依据。方法选择调查包头市农村(固阳、土右旗),有代表性的中学1～3所,以年级为单位,随机整群抽取1/2样的学生作为调查对象。采用问卷式调查法搜集资料。结果包头市农区中学生心理异常的发生率是40.81%,但其中轻度异常发生率是30.96%。在各种因子的分析中强迫症状和人际关系紧张与敏感两项异常发生率超过了50%,尤其是强迫症状达到了60.76%。而男女之间和初中高中之间的发生率基本没有差异。结论包头市农区中学生心理健康状况不容乐观,特别是强迫症状等因子尤为突出,心理健康教育工作应有针对这些因子提出切实可行的办法予以解决。Objective middle school students, provide the basis for carrying out health education. Methods A survey of Baotou City, rural （solid sun, earth Right Banner）, 1～3 by the representative of the secondary school to year as a unit, random cluster sample of 1 / 2 kind of students for the survey. A questionnaire-type survey to collect information. Results agricultural area in Baotou incidence of abnormal middle school students is 40.81%, but the incidence of mild abnormality 30.96%. Analysis of various factors in obsessive-compulsive symptoms and interpersonal tension and abnormal rate sensitive two more than 50%, especially obsessive reached 60.76%. And between men and women and the incidence among junior high school basically no difference. Conclusion Baotou City Farmers mental health of middle school students is not optimistic, in particular, especially obsessive-compulsive symptoms and other factors, mental health education should address these factors to be addressed and practical solutions.
