摘　　要：目的了解赤峰市医疗机构消毒效果状况,找出存在问题,提高消毒质量。方法 GB15980-1995,《消毒技术规范》2002版,GB4789.4-2010,GB4789.11-2003,GB7918.5-2003,对402家医疗机构进行消毒效果监测。结果共检测3442份样品,均未检出致病菌,其中室内空气检测851份,合格率41.48%,物体表面检测1370份,合格率91.82%,医护人员手检测753份,合格率85.39%,消毒剂检测398份,合格率97.49%,紫外线灯检测70份,合格率67.14%。结论全市医疗机构除室内空气合格率普遍较低外,其余检测项目均良好。Objective To be aware of the situation of disinfection effect in medical institutions of Chifeng, identify the existing problems and improve the quality of disinfection. Methods According to GB15980-1995, ＂Technical Specifications for Disinfection＂（version of 2002）, GB4789.4-2010, GB4789.11-2003 and GB7918.5-2003, monitoring results of disinfection were conducted on 402 medical institututions. Results 3442 samples were detected in total. The pass rates of indoor air （851 samples）, surface （1370 samples）, health care workers’hands （753 samples）, disinfectant （398 samples） and ultraviolet lamp （70 samples） were 41.48%, 91.82%, 85.39%, 97.49%, 67.14% respectively, while pathogens were not detected. Conclusion Disinfection effect in medical institutions of Chifeng were good except for the indoor air item.
