摘　　要：在近代西方主导的世界贸易体系形成以前,印度洋联系着旧大陆各地的海上贸易。公元11世纪之后,迅速崛起的中国海上贸易和穆斯林商人的扩张加速了印度洋贸易的发展。印度洋各地的物资在这个复杂的贸易体系中流通,并被转口到欧洲,促进了欧洲经济的复兴。The Indian Ocean had connected the maritime trade between the different regions in Eurasia before the formation of the world trade system dominated by the western countries in the early modern time. The trade of the Indian Ocean quickened after the 1 lth century due to the rising of the Chinese maritime trade and the expansion of the Muslim merchants. The commodities in the Indian Ocean were exchanged not only among different regions through this complex trade system but also were exported into the Europe, and thus promoted the revival of the European economy.
