摘 要:分析了MTO/MTP技术进展和工业化情况,研究了煤基甲醇制取烯烃与蒸汽裂解制取烯烃的经济性。通过定量测算、成本加回报的方法对煤基路线与石油路线生产烯烃的竞争力进行了评价,得出MTO/MTP技术上逐步成熟,高油价情况下经济上可行。目前煤化工只是对石油化工的有效补充,有条件的企业可以考虑建设MTO/MTP装置,但须结合资源、环境等因素综合考虑。The technological progress and industrialization of MTO/MTP are analyzed. The economy of coal-based methanol to olefin and olefin preparation by steam cracking are studied. The competitiveness on the production of olefins by coal-based line and oil are quantitatively estimated by using the method of specific calculating of cost and profits. It concludes that MTO/MTP is economically possible and available when the following conditions are present, such as matured technology and high oil price. At present, coal chemical engineering is a very efficient supplementary part to petrol engendering. The enterprises with conditions are free to take construction of MTO/MTP into consideration, but such factors such as resources, environmental issues must not be ignored.
