摘  要:采用蒸发浓缩—冷却结晶—制备硫酸氢钠—结晶母液返回生产工序的工艺对亚氯酸钠生产过程中产生的废液进行处理。实验结果表明,蒸发过程中的真空度以0.08 MPa为宜,当每升废液中溶剂的蒸发量为400 mL时,结晶母液中硫酸和硫酸氢钠的摩尔比为0.71∶1,此时将结晶母液作为反应物进行亚氯酸钠的生产能得到较高的收率。副产品硫酸氢钠的含酸量(以硫酸计)为40.5%,水不溶物和铁的质量分数都低于0.1%,各项指标都符合硫酸氢钠的市售质量标准。A new technique of recycling of effluent produced by sodium chlorite production is employed. The technique includes vaporization-concentration, cold crystallization, preparation for sodium bisulfate and reuse of the crystallizing mother solution. The experimental results show that the suitable vacuum degree for vaporization operation is 0. 08 MPa. The crystallizing mother solution with 0. 71:1 ( mole ratio) of sulfuric acid to sodium hydrogen sulfate can be got when the solvent evaporated from per liter of solution is 400 mL. This mother solution is used as reactant for production of sodium chlorite and the high productive rate can be got. The acid content of by-product sodium bisulfate (sulfuric acid) is more than 40. 5% and the content of both the insoluble matter and iron in water are less than 0. 1% , which meet the quality standards of commercial sodium bisulfate.
