摘  要:在小试基础上,建立了一套反应釜体积为30 L直接苷化法合成烷基糖苷的实验室放大试验装置,主要包括反应系统、产品精制系统和自动控制系统3个部分。以医用无水葡萄糖和工业级正十二醇为原料进行了放大试验,考察了在实验室小试反应条件下制备十二烷基葡萄糖苷的影响因素。试验结果表明,反应釜的结构、原料量的变化及工艺条件的控制直接影响放大试验。提出了反应釜的放大依赖于经典的相似放大,采用夹套式搅拌釜,容积为30 L,高径比为1.2,材质为1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢釜,搅拌器型式采用6叶圆盘直叶涡轮式,电机采用无级变速;原料无水葡萄糖需过筛、脱水、预混合和分批投料;真空系统增设冷凝器和分离罐;温度等工艺参数采用自动化控制等。放大试验装置运行良好,所得产品经气相色谱仪分析与小试产品质量同等。A 30 L amplification test research apparatus for synthesizing alkyl polyglyeosid via direct glycosidation method is established on the basis of laboratory experimental results. The apparatus include three main parts:a reaction system, a refined system for the products and an automatic control system. With medical anhydrous glucose and technical grade lauryl alcohol as raw materials, the influencing factors of preparing lauryl glucoside in the laboratory test are studied. The test results show that the reaction kettle structure, raw material quantity change and the control of process conditions affect the amplification test directly. It puts forward that the reaction kettle of amplification depends on the classic similar amplification. The parameters of jacket type stirred tank are volume of 30 L, high diameter ratio of 1.2 and 1 Crl 8Ni9Ti stainless steel. The agitator with six leaf disk straight blade turbines and motor with variable speed are used. Anhydrous glucose needs sieving, dehydration, premix and batch feeding. The condenser and separation tank are added to vacuum system. The automation control system is used to monitor the temperature. The results show that the amplification test unit runs good. The quality of obtained products is the same with the lab-scale one.
